How do I get started?Simply head over to my Contact page and send me a message with a few details about your project, along with your email address.

What information should I include when reaching out?To begin with, a rough idea of your project (length, style, audience, timeline) is sufficient. However, the more information you include, the better!

What happens after I contact you?Depending on the size of your project, I’ll set up an email exchange or reach out to schedule a call with you to learn more. We’ll talk through your needs, goals, and the best design approach for your content.

Do you need my slides/content before we begin?If you have draft slides or raw material, I’ll review them during the discovery stage. If you’re starting from scratch, I’ll guide you through what I’ll need to build your project.

Will I get a quote before committing?Yes. After our discovery chat, I’ll prepare a proposal that includes sample slides to give you a sense of the design direction, a timeline (which we may have already adjusted during discovery to fit your deadlines), and a final quote for the full scope of work. You’ll have the chance to review the proposal and decide whether to move forward.

Do you require a deposit?For shorter projects, payment is due upon delivery. For longer-term projects, I request a 50% deposit up front to secure the timeline, with the balance due at completion. Whether a deposit is required will be decided during the discovery phase, and if we move forward, the deposit will be due after the proposal and samples are submitted to you.

Do you offer flat fees or hourly pricing?Short-term projects are billed as flat fees, so you know the full cost up front. For ongoing partnerships, I also offer hourly or retainer options. Some common packages are listed at the bottom of this page, but I also offer custom options depending on your needs.

How do revisions and final approval work?My initial proposal will include slide samples for feedback. For longer-term projects, we'll build in further feedback checkpoints along the way. In addition, all projects include two free rounds of revisions, which most clients find more than enough to reach a polished final product. Depending on the scope of further revisions, I may bill you hourly or implement a flat rate fee adjustment. Any changes to our contract will be made in collaboration with you.

What file formats will I receive?For presentations, you’ll get an editable PowerPoint or Google Slides file. For courses, you’ll receive SCORM packages along with editable source files. Everything I deliver is fully editable, so you can make updates in the future.

My project is confidential. Do you sign NDAs?Yes, upon request I am happy to keep projects confidential and sign NDAs.
